The AEE Twin Cities Chapter is pleased to announce the January 2013 chapter meeting.  We are delighted to tell you Craig Giebel, CEM, CBCP, will be leading the presentation on data center cooling systems.

Craig Giebel, the Director of Engineering and Construction at AMEC in Minneapolis, has been involved in data center design since early in his career with his first design work occuring in the mid-1990s at the IBM campus in Rochester, MN.  During Craig's career, he has performed HVAC retrofits of existing data centers, new design, and construction of data center cooling systems, specializing in HVAC engineering, mechanical construction, commission, and energy engineering.  Craig's most recent data center experience was a comprehensive master plan, which included CFD analysis of the existing data centers and recommendations for improvement of the mechanical, electrical and IT infrastructure, as well as the associated cost estimates.

The meeting is being held at the Drake Building, located at 60 Plato Boulevard, Saint Paul, MN.  The Drake Building's parking lot provides ample free parking.  Light refreshments will be served.

While AEE Twin Cities Chapter Membership is encouraged, the meeting is open to all who wish to attend.
